Supported access today

This hub provides read-only public documentation, samples, video and caption downloads. MCP connections and tool execution are unavailable. Reading links or the manifest does not execute project actions.

From inputs to reviewable outputs

Drawings, spaces and elements
Review dimensions, units and deductions to inspect formula and quantity evidence.
Quantities, rates and specifications
Compare BOQ, costs and finish specifications for the same space and revision.
Design changes
Separate quantity and rate changes, then have a reviewer confirm the result.

Synthetic example: checking a wall finish quantity

For illustrative space ROOM-A, wall length 4m × height 2.5m = 10m². Deducting a 2m² opening gives 8m². Compare the 3D surface, formula, BOQ units and specification. These numbers explain the method; they are not a project result.

From drawings to 3D, quantity takeoff and BOQ

Watch the SnapCOST workflow: AI modeling, space codes, surface measurement, takeoff and costs, specifications, furniture and design changes.

What is CXD?

CXD (Construction eXchange Data) links the meaning and evidence of construction outputs by space, surface and BOQ item. Trace drawing locations ↔ 3D elements ↔ formulas and variables ↔ quantities ↔ BOQ and costs ↔ finish and furniture specifications.

When a wall finish changes, use the space code and surface ID to locate its drawing, length × height formula, opening deductions, BOQ line and specification. Check the connected scope and update behavior with project samples before adoption. A file hash identifies the same file; it does not guarantee quantity accuracy.
